The fear of flying has consequences that affect job performance, and social functioning. With the help of technology, early signs of a panic attack can be monitored without the use of medication.


The wearable and mobile device will help monitor physical and emotional needs before and after the user's flight. The interaction bewteen the user and the devices can detect early signs of a panic attack, anxiety, and fear.

Concept: Sometimes we fall before we can fly.

The concept of the Mind Flight identity focuses on inspiring the user to face his/her fear of flying. It emphasizes
self-help, relaxation, and mindfulness. Paying attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you can improve your mental and emotional well-being.


Mind Flight: Color Scheme

Blue color schemes represent calmness and responsibility. Light blues emphasizes freshness and friendliness. Dark blues are more strong and reliable. I focused on cool colors because that evokes peace and spirituality, which ties to the concept of the Mind Flight app.

Focus is on a grid that provides foundation and balance for the user and works with other key design principles. The goal is to ensure that the content is easy to understand and to highlight specific areas of hierarchy in every layout.
